Often, agencies will approach us with a project that revolves around a signal known variable, a target community or communities for a campaign. In many cases the project will be event-driven and require the agency to plan newspapers circulating within a specific radius of the target event. In others, a need for additional data specific to the community or region is required in order for the planning process to move forward.
